  1. Separate Outcome Measures:
    If an outcome measure consists of sub-measures requiring individual evaluation, each will be treated as a separate outcome measure and billed accordingly.

  2. Response Time:
    We aim to respond to WhatsApp and email inquiries within 24 hours.

  3. Data Curation:
    Additional charges will apply if the dataset is not properly organized. For more details, please visit our Data Curation Service.

  4. Revisions to Master Charts:
    Any changes made after the submission of the master chart will require reprocessing of the data, and will be treated as a new entry. A 10% discount will be applied for repeat queries.

  5. Timeline for Data Processing:
    The timeline for processing data begins after our team reviews your query and clarifies any doubts that may arise. The timeline officially starts at 12:00 a.m. on the day following the submission.

  6. Refund Policy:
    Refunds will only be issued if an error in our data analysis is proven through a correct data analysis submission. If we exceed the agreed delivery time, a 10% discount coupon will be provided for use on your next purchase.
